What's Your Workout Routine?

Working at home has many perks but mind you, the major disadvantage of getting fat can be tricky. Fortunately, this disadvantage is a choice. You have all the time in the world to do works at home so it means you can also choose to do your workouts or not.

I'd like to share a dance workout I've been using for months already, not that I'm doing it daily, pray to God I will:-) I couldn't help sharing it thinking about the readers about the benefits and how fond you will be dancing with the pumped up rhythm while playing the video. The steps are too easy to follow and kind of repetitive sometimes but not too much. Grab a copy of the video and save it at your computer or mobile phone (yes, I do have a copy of this on my phone) so you can follow the moves wherever you are, whenever you like to.

Pump It Up The Ultimate Dance Workout is a complete 1 hour workout you can follow from the start till the end. Warm-up, Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, Sit-ups, Push-ups, routines all in one workout. You can choose to skip from Warm-up to intense aerobics or you can just go with the flow from the start to the end. What I can only promise is that when you follow the steps, you'll end up with raised heartbeat and sweat.

Warning: Some of the steps can be intense so if you have any kind of workout weakness, make sure first that you are suited for this workout before doing anything.

Saforelle -- New Brand for Gentle Cleansing Care

This is a much belated review of Saforelle feminine wash which I got to try from the Sample Room. Actually, I am not into using different kinds of feminine wash since I am prone to allergies. The only brands I am very fond of using are PH Care and Lactacyd since I was young.

This time I agreed to try another brand (with some hesitation at first). I thought that I'll just use a tiny teeny drop and when I experience any signs of itching, I'll just wash it away. So go on I went and tested it out.

Saforelle's scent is not too much. It has a clean and pleasant smell, more like of a faint smell of shampoo, and not too medicated when compared to Lactacyd. I poured a little amount of the liquid (not too thick) and lathered to bubbles on my palm before applying it and then washed away with water. I waited for a minute and I felt some kind of very light stinging on my intimate area but it wasn't irritating. Then after that, the sting went away. On the next try out, there was no stinging at all. I thought I just adjusted to the formula since it was new and my intimate part accepted it right away.

I checked on the bottle's ingredient and the different ingredient being promoted is Burdock. I went ahead and searched on what Burdock is and found from Wiki that it's actually from a plant which can be eaten and is traditionally used as herbal medicine to treat different diseases such as for scalp treatment. The product is originally from France and is being distributed by Because, Inc.

For the price, it costs just as much as the leading brands in the country. With its price and the kind of packaging it has, I don't think it won't be much of a competition against the leading brands. However, I am still happy that there's one brand who can be a good replacement to what I'm using.

The Quezon Heritage House - New Museum Within Quezon Memorial Circle Park

A new museum was recently opened for everyone to have a glimpse of the life of one of our Philippine presidents, Manuel Luis Quezon. His home at Gilmore Avenue in New Manila was recently reconstructed partially to serve as a museum right within the place where his remains stay, at the Quezon City Memorial Circle.

Free Entrance
Opening 9:00AM-4PM Daily

@Front Yard - the entrance was inviting, no Entrance Fee :-)

As everybody may have already known, there's already a museum under the Quezon City Monument Tower so why have a new museum? As I've read, the new house museum was specially focused on preserving such kind of architecture and for Filipino students to have an idea of how Filipino houses were built then. I've shared some photos and let me hear from you if you think it will really serve its purpose in the end. --->

If I Can Give One Thing To The Philippines…

What a difficult question! There’s so much and so many things this poor country of mine needs. Before my brain blows on thinking of the most Ms.Universe-world kind of answer, I thought I need to be literal on this one. I had one in mind for so many years already, especially when rainy seasons come.

In my humble mind, if I have all the money in the world, I will give the Philippines one of the most expensive helicopter in the world! One which can save families in a short time when floods come and one which can give an airlift during times of emergencies.

I searched online and found the AugustaWestland AW101 VVIP helicopter. Was amazed with the specs and most of all, the price is mind-boggling, a whopping $21 million. It has a capacity of 30 persons excluding the pilot and a speed that’s 278 km/h. I’ve read that it was being considered to be a President’s helicopter in US.

I don’t know much about helicopters. I am a simple home maker but for me these helicopter specs will be enough to save lives.   I also know how so many personalities in the Philippines can afford to have one but the government itself can’t have.  I didn’t see these kinds of aircraft when Pablo and Yolanda came to the Philippines so I am wishing one for my own country. #GLOBEProjectWonderful2014

What about you? If there’s one thing you can give to the Philippines, what will it be? Comment and who knows you might win an iPad mini2 for yourself just by saying your wish out loud :-)
